Hope all goes well.

I think the worst part of this will be no computers or reading for 4
weeks.
That would kill me. Have you considered how you will maintain your
sanity during this time?
I would need them to put me in an induced coma or something :-)

Maybe you can rig up a voice recognition app, so at least you will still
have email.

Last bit of advice, be very careful. 
My wife went to hospital once, and came out with a baby. :-)
