Well either the bbtest-net testing bbd has stopped working, in which case
you'd see other purples, or there is no bbtest-net testing that bbd any
more.  Maybe you don't have a NET: flag in your bb-hosts for that hobbit
server when you require one due to having added a BBLOCATION?
