To follow up on Pierre's email, these lines:
HOST=burgos.cmt.es      SERVICE=conn,cpu,cpu2,disk,memory
    MAIL salvarez (at) cmt.es DURATION>30m COLOR=red REPEAT=60 RECOVERED

Can be explained as:
    When an alert comes in from burgos.cmt.es
    and if it's to do with any of the conn,cpu,cpu2,disk,memory services
    and if the alert status is red
    and if it's been red for more than 30 minutes
        send an email to salvarez (at) cmt.es
        and keep sending emails every 60 minutes
        and send a final email saying that the broken service is OK again when it goes green.

Simple, eh?

Your yellow message comes from your second line.
Each line you put in the hobbit-alerts.cfg is used.

In order to avoid the yellow message with 2 lines try :

HOST=burgos.cmt.es      SERVICE=conn,cpu,cpu2,disk,memory
    MAIL salvarez (at) cmt.es DURATION>30m COLOR=red
    MAIL salvarez (at) cmt.es REPEAT=60 RECOVERED COLOR=red

But I think you should try to use only one line :

HOST=burgos.cmt.es      SERVICE=conn,cpu,cpu2,disk,memory
    MAIL salvarez (at) cmt.es DURATION>30m COLOR=red REPEAT=60 RECOVERED

I thougt i need that second line , for repat the alert until it be recovered. i´ll try your example . thanks, but still dont understand the yellow mesaages , that hobbit send to me . regards!!!
