in html the time is ok :
http://localhost/hobbit/xen/vm.html => the date and time is egal to
current_date
in web generated page :
http://localhost/hobbit-cgi/bb-hostsvc.sh?HOST=toto&SERVICE=la => the
date and time is current_date - 6h
