This feature, known as "split ncv", is available in the snapshots (aka
beta versions). It is possible to update only the hobbitd_rrd binary and
the man page. (usual configure && make, then cp hobbitd_rrd) You then
use SPLIT_NCV="..." instead of NCV="..." and you're done.
