Installation Problems Ubuntu

Hi,

I've some installation- problems with hobbit on ubuntu 7.10. I've make all the things in the installation instruction. After ./configure amd make I'll start make install. I've got the follwowing error :

chgrp  /home/hobbit/server/etc/hobbit-nkview.cfg /home/hobbit/server/etc/hobbit-nkview.cfg.bak
chgrp: unknown group ?/home/hobbit/server/etc/hobbit-nkview.cfg?
make[1]: *** [install-cfg] error 1
make[1]: Verlasse Verzeichnis '/home/frank/Desktop/hobbit-4.2.0/hobbitd'
make: *** [install-hobbitd] error 2

I try a lot of things, but nothing works. Does anyone know this error and can help me ?

Ubuntu 7.10 german
Hobbit 4.20 with allinone patch
(I need build hobbit from source (tar) files because I need the patches)
