msgs display question

When I click on the a button under the "msgs" the page shows the following

	DATE TIME.....

	No Entries in /var/adm/messages

	Full Log /var/adm/messages
	Logs
	Logs
	Logs

What is the difference between the "No Entries" and the "Full Log"?
