Specific dates for The Netherlands:

Queen's Birthday:type=static month=4 day=30
Liberation Day:type=static month=5 day=5
Boxing Day:type=static month=12 day=26
Daylight Savings Time:type=sun month=3 offset=5
Standard Time:type=sun month=10 offset=5
