Inexplicably, the alerts have stopped coming for yellow conditions. The
thing that threw me was the fact that, after I edited ALERTCOLORS and
restarted hobbit, it still sent out one or two additional alerts for a
yellow condition. Is there some sort of alert "pipeline" that had to
empty out?
