If you leave out the REPEAT entirely, it is assumed you don't get
repeating messages, if I recall correctly. That's how we have it
configured for a couple of our customers' alerts.

Right now I have this line:
MAIL josh (at) imaginenetworksllc.com COLOR=RED DURATION>15m REPEAT=0
RECOVERED
What I was expecting out of that was for the REPEAT to simply not work -
it is still repeating the messages every few minutes =( If I have to, I
can all back on repeating every 24h or something ridiculous, but I'd
like a more "professional" value!
