Request for a new color icon

I think this has discussed but Id like to see new standard icon/color
clear is defined as no data and Ive been using that as color for test
that can't go red/yellow or   there is a state change and I want to know
but it no a problem, like a root login.
May I suggest orange triangles ^ recently changed and V for Last change > 24 hours
