I have a lot of other configuration data on the hobbit server, relevant to
Continuity of Operations issues, so my backup requirements are broader. I
just push the entire contents of the box offsite every night using rsync
over ssh with a public/private key setup. rsync is very intelligent about
what needs to be pushed, and the transfer is usually well under a gig.
