PAGE=server/web directive problem in hobbit-clients.cfg

I am trying to write a proc rule to catch all the hosts in clearcase server page.
Problem is that not all server have albd_server  process showing up where there is
 albd_server process on clearcase servers.  for example ccr600.test.com has albd_server process but it is not showing monitored.
