We monitor several HP Procurve switches, and use some Avaya IP Phone
switches that we could as well. It's just a matter of using SNMP and
some fancy MIB checking, and then we have it.
I imagine most IP Phone switches would have some similar snmp values if
they're worth their salt.

My company is looking at a new IP based telephony switch.
We have not completed vendor selection.
Has anyone monitored such a creature?
