Those don't sound like requirements. They sound like some kind of sales
blurb from somebody's product. It sounds like the decision has already
been made by whomever gave you those "requirements". I would just buy
the product who's sales brochure they originated from, otherwise the
requirements-specifier-person will probably not be happy.

Hi,
I am not sure if anyone can help - I have been reading through the
documentation on the web site - but I don't want to unfairly critic the
application just because I have not run across the information yet.
I have a list of requirements that need to be met and I was hoped
someone with more expert knowledge of Hobbit can tell me whether it
meets these requirements or not.

the monitor for UNIX (Sun, HP, Linux, True64), Windows, VMS systems and
emulators.
