Try this:
DISK   %^\/archive[0-9]   IGNORE

Note that will also ignore things like /archive10, /archive30, etc. so
if you want to ONLY ignore 0-9, you need to use this (assuming paths
like /archiveXX):
DISK   %^\/archive[0-9]$   IGNORE


Yup, I want to ignore anything /archiveN...N


P.S. Your main problem was not escaping the /


I thought for sure I had stuff working correctly without \/, but I'll give it a try and see if that helps. Maybe these were never working right in the first place and I just never noticed.
