Except that it does. I promise. We have twenty-ish Hobbit clients 
that report to BB servers. I tapped into the communication to 
figure out a quirk, and it looks just like BB communication 
except that too the messages are too large for BB unless 
BBMAXMSGSPERCOMBO is set to 1.

It is my impression that Hobbit clients use different protocols 
depending on the server.
