BTW the ports test must be performed from the client because the server cannot have any knowledge of internal interfaces such as local loopback... Here is a sample of my ports test data.
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:7017 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:111 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:1521 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN

I would say that the ports test is performed on the server. All
posrtinformation is sent from client to server and the tests in
hobbit-clients.log is performed, so:
1. remove the PORT entry in hobbit-clients.cfg
2. drop the test
