It discards the alert.

It would be pretty horrible to all the alerts from overnight first thing in
the morning.

Just looking for some confirmation, if you specify a TIME for an alert for
example:

HOST=%.*
	MAIL foo (at) bar.com TIME=W:0700:1750

If an alert happens at 22:00 does hobbit disregard the alert or does it wait
and send it out at 07:00 the following day?
