You need to read the README file in the DOC subdirectory.  Starting with
0.7 the hostname is kept in the registry.

Just upgrade to BBWIN 0.7.   When trying to start the service I get:

Description:
The service didn't successfully load the configuration file D:\Program
Files\BBWin\etc\bbwin.cfg. The reason was : Error reading Attributes.

File attributes were set to Archive.  Cleared Archive, but error
persisted.
