modify disk graph

I would like to modify one of my disk graphs. 

On one host under "disk" there is two graphs. One graph has three file
systems and the second graph has only one file system. 

1) Is there a way that I can force the graphing to show the four file
systems on one graph? 

2) Can this be done on a per host basis?
