bb through SOAP or CGI?

Hi All

I am trying to delay multiple services real fast. Ack through email
or Web for 30 or so services is very time consuming.

I tried to play like this

bb https://hobbit.mask.this.net/hobbit-seccgi/bb-ack.sh?ACTION=Ack&DELAY=120&MESSAGE=&NUMBER=841721&Send=Send

But that seem to not working. Anyone know of a quick trick?
