Adam, at least the part you sent looks fine in my Firefox (1.0.7).
1- Do you mean that rest of the html is not showing up? or,
2- HTML is fine and firefox isn't showing it up properly.
Since, pages looks fine Internet explorer, this is most probably your
browser side issue. Did you try cleaning up firefox cache?
