Hobbit and RRDtool 1.2.x

Just a "heads-up" for those of you who may be thinking about using
the new version of RRDtool (1.2.x) with Hobbit: Right now, it won't 
compile, because one of the RRDtool functions used by Hobbit has gotten
some extra parameters.

I've fixed that, and made the Hobbit configuration tool also recognize
the new version. So starting with 4.0.3, Hobbit should compile without
any problems with RRDtool 1.2.x.

However, there's a bug in RRDtool that Hobbit triggers - causing all 
except one of the generated RRD-files to contain no data. So you must
apply a patch to RRDtool 1.2.1 for it to work - it is available at
http://www.hswn.dk/hobbitsw/rrdtool-1.2.1-rrdcreate.patch

I've sent the patch to the RRDtool maintainers, and it seems that they
will fix this in the next release.
