Setting these in hobbitserver.cfg
   BBDISP="0.0.0.0"
   BBDISPLAYS="10.0.0.1 10.0.0.2"
should do it.

If BBDISP is not set to 0.0.0.0, then BBDISPLAYS is ignored.
