alert rules and PAGE

What is the name of the top page.
I have some primary servers on the tape page and then several other
pages with rule for the page like this:

PAGE=WINNT EXSERVICE=trends COLOR=!purple
     MAIL $PG-NT REPEAT=30 DURATION>2 EXSERVICES=cpu,msgs,memory
RECOVERED
     MAIL $PG-NT REPEAT=30 DURATION>10  SERVICES=cpu,msgs,memory
     $ESCALATE

but this particular rule also gets all alerts for the top level PAGE.
If there is an internal name for the top PAGE I could use the EXPAGE to
prevent this.

Also any chance of adding a group level rule?
