Has anyone had issues with secure cgi's?  Both maint.pl and bb-ack.sh have
stopped working since they've been moved from cgi-bin to cgi-secure. The
error is the generic IE error: "
                                            
                      The page you are      
                      looking for might     
                      have been removed,    
                      had its name changed, 
                      or is temporarily     
                      unavailable           
                                            

"
