Here is something about BB that has bugged me...the inability to disable
recovery messages for msgs alerts. We should be able to disable
recovery pages for certain services, particularly msgs alerts, since a
msg alert never "recovers", the time just expires. For folks on call,
any time there is a msgs event you get an extra page when it "recovers".
Note I still think the dot should be red on the display for X mins, just
that there should be an option to not have a recovery message sent when
that timeout period is over.
