This one is easy (because I had the same problem some time ago).

Add "--purple-conn=conn" to the hobbitd commandline in
~/server/etc/hobbitlaunch.cfg . (If your "conn" test is called
something else, put the name of the "conn" test after the
equal-sign). It should restart automatically after about a minute to
pick up the new setting.

This should make the purple tests go "clear" instead, and that doesn't
trigger any alarms.
