hobbit 4.0 beta4 Solaris problem

Congrats on putting this together (from a past CSCer :) )

A couple of suggestions.  During the make setup on a Solaris 2.8 box it 
failed.  Basically id -g is only supported using the /usr/xpg4/bin/id 
command.  I have included a patch, that patches two of the Makefiles...but 
with not ifs to check if its solaris..
I will leave that to you.

Also, the startup script /usr/local/hobbit/server/bin/starthobbit.sh needs 
to have this edited as well.

Also, after the make setup there is a statement to change the www/rep group 
to apache, which is already done for you - maybe not needed.
