[Xymon] Historical status log not available

Also, this can happen when the filesystem is running out of space or
inodes. Try running "df -h" and "df -hi" on the partition where the history
logs are stored. Perhaps:
xymoncmd df -h '$XYMONHISTLOGS'
xymoncmd df -hi '$XYMONHISTLOGS'
and look for Use% and IUse% close to 100%
