[Xymon] RRD change from 5 minutes to 1 minute

Hi Scot,

Thanks for sharing, but I didn't follow exactly what you needed to change
and where - maybe I could find out by digging a little, but I'm sure you
could tell me faster!

Also, are you able to see how much larger the rrd files are, after your
change?  Or maybe you'd need to wait longer to see.
