[Xymon] RRD change from 5 minutes to 1 minute

You might be able to use rrdtune to alter the step value, but that may be
just the tip of the iceberg. For example, what happens to existing data in
the RRD? What about new RRDs created by Xymon? Do the graph definitions
need to change for display? &c
