[Xymon] XYmon stopped updating.

I took another look and, turns out, is was running but not responsive.
The restarts were doing no good at all. I had to use kill -9 to stop
it. After I started the xymon server anew, everything stated updating.
I able to add the new server and all is good. Mostly.
