[Xymon] Xymon script for linux

Hello,

I have checked the presence of "ss" on SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 11. 
This system was release in 2009. And there is "ss" on such old system. 
As far as I remember, I started to use "ip" over 15 years ago. I haven't 
met any system without iproute2 package installed for last 10 years.
You can make your own check to confirm this. Probably there is no need 
to make any additional logic for backup compatibility. Probably there 
are "ip", "SS", "routel" commands on all systems.
