Xymon 4.3.29 ack/enadis issues

Is anyone else having problems with acknowledge.sh & enadis.sh working from the web page?

Ubuntu 16.04LTS

I can disable via command line but not via the web interface - no errors in apache logs and no entries in acknowledge.log.
