[Xymon] Plan for XYMON and SNMP

I'd have to say xymon integration is FAR more stable and flexible than devmon... And I've put a LOT of time into understanding devmon configuration.

Devmon is a "dancing bear" (it's not how well it dances, it's that it dances at all).

That said, because SNMP is so... rich? Charting configuration is interesting to think about.
