Personally, I would agree with this. I have not used SVN, but I found using
github so much easier than CVS. The current Xymon developers should maintain
control of the code, but github would allow the community to report issues,
provide updates/patches via pull requests, and download either released
versions via the tags if necessary or the latest code via the 'develop' (or
whatever) branch.
