[Xymon] Debian 9 stretch

Trying to install Xymon on Debian 9 and it is failing do to missing package
librrd2-dev.  This package is not available in the apt repository.  The
instructions that are available talk about installing on Debian 6 Squeeze.
Are there update instructions anywhere?
