[Xymon] HELP- INSTALL CLIENT XYMON ON WINDOWS

The powershell client is available at
https://sourceforge.net/p/xymon/code/HEAD/tree/sandbox/WinPSClient/.
Unlike bbwin, it is actively maintained.
