[Xymon] Xymon to monitor HP OpenVMS

The broken graph appears to be an attempt to execute
/xymon-cgi/svcstatus.sh as a CGI script. There are a few reasons this might
fail.

The first place I would look is the Apache server logfile. This may show
the reason why svcstatus.sh failed to execute correctly.

Do you see the CPU graph showing on the "trends" page?
