[Xymon] EXPAGE bug

[Frank]

      I get an error when I run the whole command.  I get this when I 
run it partially:

root at dns8:~# /home/xymon/server/bin/xymond_alert -test
2017-05-15 10:32:22.164673 Unknown option '-test'
