Is there any way to generate a query/interrogate the systems from the Hobbit server?
(the BBWin service is not monitored by default on the Win systems)

xymon localhost "clientlog CLIENTNAME section=svcs" | grep BBWin

One giveaway for differentiating 0.13 from 0.12 (and likely earlier) is the long name of the BBWin service:

in the [svcs] client section:

0.12 and earlier:

BBWin                               automatic    started        Big Brother Hobbit Client



0.13

BBWin                               automatic    started        Big Brother Xymon Client
