[Xymon] selinux messages during package update

Hi Jeremy,

Do you have selinux enabled?

I get similar messages to these on my RHEL 7 Xymon server when upgrading
and I don't have selinux enabled. I had asked J.C. about it previously and
he pretty much just said that they were there because I didn't have selinux
enabled. So, I just ignore them now.
