[Xymon] Drive not identified in Xymon and Services are not displayed

Hello,

we have some problems after switching from Hobbit to Xymon(CentOS).
On some virtual machines (Windows Server R2 2008 Standard) the disks are 
not identified. 
For example the drive D does exists on the virtual machine, but it is not 
showing in the section disk on the main page of Xymon.

The second problem is that Services are not displayed. We have the message 
that Computer has restarted in the last 300 seconds
no check is done until the delay is passed.



How can we fix the issues? Any hints?
