The Windows Powershell client does not use who.dll and works on Windows Server
2012, so I would expect it to work on Windows 8.
http://sourceforge.net/p/xymon/code/HEAD/tree/sandbox/WinPSClient/
(it uses qwinsta.exe and if that does not exist, it uses WMI).

Subject: [Xymon] who.dll in Windows 8?
All versions of Windows have used who.dll to show the list of logged in users
on a system, which gets displayed in the 'who' column of xymon. Windows 8
doesn't have that file. Anyone know which file should be used in Windows 8?
