[Xymon] Disabling all emails from all tests.

When I had my systems, I was monitoring over 1,200 devices.
I had to do the same thing.
I kept a small 'alerts' file with only the essentials and would copy out
the actual alerts file and copy in the smaller file during this time where
there were no actual alerts found.
Then I would copy back in the original file when finished.
The other way was to break the Email setup to only allow the messages to
queue up. Then when ready to restore it, remove all Email messages in both
sides of the mail queues before restoring the Email setup to allow messages
to flow again. This method can be confusing as your xymon system will show
the alerts were sent out in the reports when they actually were not allowed
to go out.
Hope this helps you out!
If there is a better/simpler way, let me know.
Thanks,
Tom Schmitt
