[Xymon] New client problems

Well, at this point we're simply not running in the environment.
Try:
/home/shire/bin/xymoncmd --env=/home/shire/etc/xymonclient.cfg
(This should drop you into a subshell)
Then:
sh -x bin/xymonclient.sh
