[Xymon] NCV Bug-Fix / Feature Request

Check the archives...I've ranted about this a couple of times and others
have been bitten by it. Even if it were nested inside and html comments it
would help. I completely agree that it should be "fixed". If I had the C
chops, I'd try it myself...but alas, I don't even qualify as a hack.
