[Xymon] removing <!-- [flags:ordAstLe] > from custom email script

There's probably a better solution to this problem. But you could get by
with this:
NEWMSG=`echo "$BBALPHAMSG" | sed 's/<!--[^>]*>//'`
MSG="$FROM\n$TO\n$SUBJECT\n\n\n\n$NEWMSG\n"
